Simba Scout Digging for minerals

The Scout mineral excavation set from Simba allows children to unearth five real stones on their own. The included excavation block conceals minerals measuring two to three centimeters each. With the enclosed excavation tools such as a small hammer, chisel, and brush, the stones can be carefully uncovered step by step. A magnifying glass is used to subsequently examine the different surfaces and colors in detail. After successful excavation, the collected finds can be safely stored in the included pouch. The set offers a clear and engaging introduction to geology and teaches basic excavation techniques.
