Your Rights

Where the legal requirements are met, as a person affected by data processing, you have the following rights. To exercise these rights, please send us an email at info@meinspielzeug.ch

Right of access: You have the right to request access, free of charge and at any time, to your personal data stored by us when we process such data. This allows you to verify which personal data we process about you and whether we use it in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Right to rectification: You have the right to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected and to be informed of the correction. In this case, we will inform the recipients of the affected data of the changes made, unless this is impossible or would involve disproportionate effort.

Right to erasure: You have the right to have your personal data erased under certain circumstances. In individual cases, particularly where there are statutory retention obligations, the right to erasure may be excluded. In such cases, where the applicable requirements are met, erasure may be replaced by restriction of access to the data.

Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.

Right to data portability: You have the right to receive, free of charge, the personal data you have provided to us in a readable format.

Right to object: You may object to data processing at any time, particularly to data processing in connection with direct marketing (e.g. advertising emails).

Right to withdraw consent: In principle, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, processing activities carried out in the past on the basis of your consent do not become unlawful as a result of your withdrawal.

Credit Checks and Scoring

Where we provide services before receiving payment, for example when purchasing on invoice, we may, in order to safeguard our legitimate interests, obtain a credit report from a credit reference agency based on mathematical and statistical methods. For this purpose, we transmit the personal data required for a credit check to a credit reference agency (Intrum AG) and use the information received about the statistical probability of payment default to make a balanced decision regarding the establishment, performance or termination of the contractual relationship.
